▎ 摘  要

1D, 2D and 3D-materials glazed biosensing has evolved and emerged as a new archetype for real-time health monitoring as well as a flawless human-machine interaction to perform point-of-care diagnostics. Smart nano bioengineering has emerged as a flawless system to fulfill the key requirements. Graphene glazed nanosystems have emerged as the foremost State-of-the-art materials due to their electrochemical activity, hydrophilicity, and functional group activity, which makes it advantageous for nano-devices based wearable assembly. Thin film fabrication, functionalization and controlled bio-active loads could be highly sensitive and selective nano-devices for early diagnosis of disease biomarkers at femtomolar level. In this letter, an overview has been provided on the potential applications of 2D-graphene for nano-bio-sensing system.
