▎ 摘  要

Present work focuses on the study of the dielectric behaviour of uniformly dispersed ternary nanocomposite(GO-CuO/Ag2O) designed from amalgamated CuO/Ag2O NPs on the graphene oxide(GO) sheets by sol- gel technique, without the addition of any surfactant, organic solvent, catalysts and harmful chemicals for making of less toxic and sustainable materials. The permittivity and dielectric parameters are determined as a function of frequencies and temperatures.
