▎ 摘 要
Contact antibacterial amoxicillin grafted GO (Am-g-GO) nanocomposites with nonleaching activity were prepared. Transmission electron microscopy, Atomic force microscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were applied to analyze the structure and chemical composition of Am-g-GO nanocomposites. In order to study the relationship between antibacterial property and the dosage of Am-g-GO nanocomposites, the antibacterial growth behaviors of Am-g-GO nanocomposites with different concentrations were carried out against E. coli and S. aureus. The possible antibacterial mechanism was also investigated using XTT assay and Ellmans assay to determine any ROS production. More importantly, the Am-g-GO nanocomposites display good biocompatibility. These results indicate that Am-g-GO nanocomposites could be an efficient antibacterial agents without any leaching, possessing great potentials in many antibacterial fields.
