▎ 摘 要
Strontium doped lanthanum manganites, La1-xSrxMnO3; (0.0 < x < 0.5) with a cubic perovskite structure were synthesized by conventional solid state route. La1-xSrxMnO3 shows an excellent photocatalytic properties in generating high amount of oxygen, were characterized and reported. Strontium doping and the angle between the Mn-O-Mn facilitate conduction pathways resulting in enhanced oxygen production. An apparent quantum yield (AQY) of similar to 7% has been achieved for La0.7Sr0.3MnO3. Further enhancement of photocatalytic properties were observed by the introduction of electron accepting graphene oxide (GO) which facilitates enhanced charge separation. An AQY of 8% has been achieved in La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 GO composite. (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
