▎ 摘 要
In this paper, we demonstrated a high sensitivity and tunable graphene arrays dual-band plasmonic sensor based on surface plasmons. Through simulation, we obtained the initial split-ring resonator (SRR) structure with two clear transmission dips. By studying the SRR structure for the different refractive index (RI), we found the sensitivity of the SRR structure has reached 6.07 mu m/RIU (mode I) and 15.93 mu m/RIU (mode II). For different the graphene Fermi levels, the transmission dips of the SRR structure are flexibly modulated. For TM and TE polarization, by varying the angle of incidence between 0 and 45, it is found that the proposed structure is independent of polarization and insensitive under normal incidence. The results can be used to help design new sensors and provide reference for the application of modulators and detectors.
