▎ 摘  要

Metal-based non-enzymatic sensors have been intensively explored for rapid and efficient detection of biological molecules. Here, we demonstrate the facile assembly of NiMn-layered double hydroxide (NiMn-LDH) on graphene oxide (GO) (NiMn-LDH/GO) for sugars and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) monitoring. The hybrids can be easily and large-scale prepared via a simple co-precipitation and hydrothermal approach. Under optimal preparation conditions, NiMn-LDH/GO hybrids exhibit a remarkable sensitivity for glucose oxidation (839.2 mu A mM(-1) cm(-2)) and H2O2 reduction (96.82 mu A mM(-1) cm(-2)), along with a low detection limit of 1.2 mu M and 4.4 mu M, respectively. With regard to glucose detection, the linear response range covered four orders of magnitude from 2 mu M to 3.386 mM with a correlation coefficient of 0.998. Such versatile sensor is also suitable for detecting other sugars (sucrose, mannitol and erythritol). The delicate non-enzymatic sensor possessed rapid response (reach to ready-state in less than 10s), good selectivity and reproducibility toward sugars and H2O2 detection, which will boost the exploration of layered metallic nanomaterials in electrochemical sensors.
