▎ 摘  要

Modified L-cysteine decorated gold nanoparticles and penetrable nature of reduced graphene oxide nano-composite was coated on the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE) and it was subjected to Cd2+ and Pb2+ simultaneous determination. Experimental parameters were analysed. With an optimized medium, the peaks are gradually raised by increasing the concentration (1-10 nM). The obtained LOD (limit of detection) are 0.06 (Cd2+) and 0.04 nM (Pb2+). The sensitivity achieved for the PrGO/AuNPs/Sal-Cys/GCE was 2.2 mu A/nM for Cd2+ and 3.2 mu A/nM for Pb2+. Eventually, the PrGO/AuNPs/Sal-Cys/GCE was well comfortable for the synchronous determination of target analysts in water samples.
