▎ 摘  要

The poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) based composites with a novel hybrid BaTiO3-graphene nanoplatelets (BTG) as filler were fabricated and their dielectric properties were investigated. The hybrid BTG filler was prepared by a sol-gel process and then sintered at 800 degrees C. Scanning electron microscopy images revealed that BaTiO3 nanoparticles with the average diameter in the range of 15 to 20 nm were immobilized on the surface of graphene nanoplatelets. X-ray diffractions indicated that the BaTiO3 nanoparticles were in cubic crystalline. The BTG filled PVDF composites were prepared by solution casting and followed by hot-pressing. These composites showed high epsilon(r) at 100 kHz, e.g., 300 for BTG-1/PVDF, 75 for BTG-2/PVDF and 50 for BTG-3/PVDF. Accordingly, the dielectric loss was 1.1 for BTG-1/PVDF, 1.6 for BTG-2/PVDF, and 0.5 for BTG-3/PVDF at 100 kHz. The percolation value increased with the increasing of BaTiO3 nanoparticles. In detail, f(BTG-1/PVDF) was 3 wt%, f(BTG-2/PVDF) was 4 wt% and f(BTG-3/PVDF) was 5 wt% respectively. (C) 2015 The Electrochemical Society. All rights reserved.
