▎ 摘  要

A new advanced approach of synthesis was successfully applied (nano-architectonics encapsulation) synthesis of binary system includes, reduced graphene oxide (rGO) nano- sheet loaded on hollow carbon nano-sphere (HCNS) additives as hydriding catalytic promoter nano-additives for magnesium based alloy namely, extruded (Mg-6%Al-1%Zn = AZ61) alloy. Two different weights percent of self assembled graphene -sheets loaded on/Carbon-Nano-Sphere (4 and 8 wt%) were carefully added to pre-milled Mg- AZ61-Alloy by milling in hydrogen atmosphere. The addition of 4wt% of rGO/HCNS to the Mg-AZ61 alloy was achieving a promotion factor of 1.65wt% which is attributable to the number of moles (n) released by active (C-H) centers on the surface's and bulk of rGO/HCNS additives, recording a maximum hydrogen efficiency of uptake similar to 6.45wt%. Furthermore SEM investigations confirmed the presence of rGO/HCNS in an encapsulated form like structure with two types of homogeneous textures.
