▎ 摘 要
beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD) and graphene nano platelets (GNPs) have been applied to construct the beta-CD/GNP coated electrode and further for the determination of triclosan. The surface properties of beta-CD/GNP coated electrodes were characterized with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical techniques. On such an electrode, the oxidation peak current of triclosan is three-times higher than that on the GNP coated electrode and seven-times higher than that on a bare glassy carbon electrode. By applying differential pulse voltammetry, the monitoring of tricosan in the range of 2.0 mu M to 100 mu M was realized. The detection limit was 0.6 mu M. The beta-CD and GNPs based sensor shows high sensitivity, wide dynamic response range, and long stability towards the detection of triclosan. This simple and sensitive electrochemical sensor is thus promising for the environmental monitoring of triclosan in future. (C) 2014 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim
