▎ 摘 要
The surface enhanced-Raman spectroscopy (SERS) of the graphene was measured using Au nanodimers prepared by angle-resolved nanosphere lithography and 785 nm laser with increasing power. It is found that the ratio between D band and 2D band changes with laser power. The change is attributed to the effect of localized surface plasmon (LSP), which causes the restructuring of Au nanodimers and oxidation of graphene. We established the method to characterize the formation of the defects in graphene using SERS. (C) 2019 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
