▎ 摘 要
A novel template-free solvothermal reduction route has been developed to successfully synthesize thermoelectric Bi2Te3 nanostructures without any surfactants at 70 degrees C for 6 h. The powder product was well characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and micro-Raman spectroscopy. TEM and SEM observations indicated that the obtained Bi2Te3 nanostructures were of "graphene-like" morphology with many wrinkles or ragged multiple layers which exhibits fine Raman active mode A(1g)(2) (longitudinal optical) of Bi2Te3 lattice vibration. The influence of reaction temperature and reactants in mixed solvents of ethylene glycol and hydrazine hydrate may play a crucial role in determining the "graphene-like" nanostructures of Bi2Te3. The as prepared product may be very useful for waste heat treatment from car exhaust, which may be very useful for the environment.
