▎ 摘  要

Simple impregnation of graphene oxide (GO) in cyclohexane containing Ti(OC4H9)(4) or Zr(OC4H9)(4), followed by a solvothermal reaction, resulted in the deposition of nanosheets of TiO2 or ZrO2 a few nanometers thick on the reduced GO. In addition, free-standing nanosheets of TiO2 or ZrO2 were formed by calcination of these composites in air.
