▎ 摘 要
In terms of a simple model, analytical expressions for the charge transition and Schottky barrier height at the contact of a two-dimensional d-metal with a A(N)B(8 - N) graphene-like compound have been obtained. It has been shown that the metal two-dimensionality can be taken into account by means of narrowing its d-band. By the examples of the Gr-2DM and hBN-2DM systems, it has been demonstrated that the proposed approach leads to satisfactory results.
