▎ 摘 要
In this study, a sensor consisting of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and polyaniline (PANI) was used to detect ammonia gas and strain. PANI was incorporated onto rGO planes by in situ polymerization, and thin films of hybrid material rGO/PANI prepared by the Langmuir-Schaefer technique were employed as sensing interfaces. The sensor showed a detection limit of 1 ppm for ammonia gas and strain at 0.1%. The effect of PANI content on the sensing performance was also investigated. The results are discussed in terms of the contribution of PANI to the electrical network of rGO and the sensing performance.
