▎ 摘  要

Due to the great interest in obtaining solar cells based on graphene/semiconductor Schottky junction and MoS2/semiconductor heterojunction, in this review, we are presenting the technical details regarding those solar cells. For a better understanding of the technology used in the solar cells mentioned above, we initially show the graphene/semiconductor Schottky junctions and the adaptation of the thermionic theory to this type of junction. After this, we show the graphene/semiconductor Schottky junction solar cells and the MoS2/semiconductor heterojunction solar cells. It is noteworthy that the understanding of this technology will serve as the basis for studies of more complex nanophotonic solar cells.
