▎ 摘 要
Graphene-Zn2SnO4 composites (G-Zn2SnO4) with different graphene content (0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1, and 3 wt%) were prepared by hydrothermal method. The composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectrum (XPS) and Raman spectrum. The gas sensing properties of the composite materials were investigated. The results revealed that the sensor based on 0.5 wt% Graphene-Zn2SnO4 exhibited high response to formaldehyde vapor when the operating temperature of the sensor was 20 degrees C and the response to 10 ppm formaldehyde vapor attained 1.1, and the response to 1000 ppm formaldehyde vapor increased 18.9-times comparing with that of pure Zn2SnO4, which made it possible to detect formaldehyde vapor at low temperature.
