▎ 摘  要

Polymer Solar Cells with different thicknesses of graphene oxide (GO) as hole transport layer were prepared With the help of GO, the open circuit voltage, short current density, power conversion efficiency are improved. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy analysis showes that compared with that of the solar cell without GO, the recombination resistance and the electronic life of the cell with GO are improved by two orders of magnitude, which lead to a higher short current density and power conversion. With the decreasing thickness of the grapheme oxide, the recombination resistance and electronic life are also increased, which indicates the recombination of charges is more difficult after separation when there is a thin layer GO as hole transport layer.
