▎ 摘  要

The calcium-phosphorus ceramic layer is prepared on titanium alloy by two-step micro-arc oxidation (MAO). The effect of graphene oxide (GO) on microstructure, corrosion resistance and biological activity of MAO layer was studied. The MAO layer surface is rough and porous. When GO is added 0.112 g/L, the corrosion resistance of MAO layer and the adhesive force between MAO layer and substrate are higher. GO added improves the biological activity of MAO layer.
