▎ 摘 要
The carbon nanofillers are well-known to bring a significant improvement in reinforcing properties into rubber matrices. This paper demonstrates effects of exfoliated Graphene - "nanoPlatelets" (xGnPs) of types xg C750 and xg M5, nanographite (nanoG) and CB N234 on dynamo-mechanical and dielectric properties into styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) based nanocomposites prepared by dry melt mixing. An increase in filler loading results into higher reinforcement, improved dielectric AC conductivity and better rheological properties. Filler percolation threshold was calculated and an exponential increase in over-all properties was found after attaining filler percolation threshold.
