▎ 摘 要
To address the brittle compounds formation issue during the brazing of Ti3SiC2/Ti2AlNb couples, the graphene layer was transferred onto the Ti2AlNb surface prior to the brazing process first. Then the interfacial microstructure of the TTi3SiC2/TiAl joints brazed with and without the transferred graphene were put into comparison. The brittle TiSiCu and Ti5Si3 compounds were totally suppressed and the desirable ductile AgCu eutectics were obtained. The shear strength of the joints improved from 70 MPa to 107 MPa. The transfer of the graphene layer can also be extended to other areas as a universal approach, addressing excessive interfacial reactions in future.
