▎ 摘 要
In this work, a novel sensor (GC/Chit/rGO-Chit-Mb) for hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) detection was developed, based on the immobilization of myoglobin (Mb) and reduced graphene oxide (rGO) on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode in a biopolymer matrix (Chitosan, Chit). The obtained device was characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV), amperometry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The Mb modified electrode showed excellent electrocatalytic activity for the reduction of H2O2 in the concentration range up to 30. M H2O2 with a detection limit below 10 mu M H2O2 (by both CV and amperometry).
