▎ 摘 要
Thin layer graphene materials were produced by the improved Hummer method. The graphene-based LaNiO3 composite films were prepared by a sol-gel method combined with a spin coating technique on glass substrate. The composite films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV-Vis absorbance spectroscopy, and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. The result shows that the LaNiO3 crystalline grains of about 20 nm particle size uniformly grow on the graphene sheet. The photocatalytic activity of the film sample was tested by Acid red A degradation. Comparing with LaNiO3 films, the LaNiO3/graphene composite films show better photo-catalysis. When the content of graphene is about 4%, the photo-catalytic efficiency of the LaNiO3/graphene composite films is double that of the LaNiO3 films.
