▎ 摘 要
Quasi-one-dimensional graphene nanoribbons (GNRs) have atomically accurate tunability of the electronic properties. Because of the difference in length, width, boundary type and atomic doping of GNRs, their electronic structure is obviously different. This brings novel changes to the optical and optoelectronic properties of GNRs. With the development of the preparation technology of GNRs, the improvement of the characterization methods and the enhancement of the testing technology, GNRs have shown strong application potential in the field of micro-nano optoelectronics. We review the recent properties and potential applications of GNRs in the optical and optoelectronic fields. We discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the application of GNRs and look forward to the application prospects. These are of great significance to the development of microelectronic optoelectronic devices.
