▎ 摘 要
In this paper, the three-dimensional magnetic nanoparticles modified with graphene-carbon nanotube nanocomposites (marked as MNPs/rGO-CNTs), used as a reversed-dispersive microsolid- phase extraction (r-DSPE) sorbent to effectively cleanup on residues of 22 representative organophosphorous pesticides (OPs) residues in vegetables and fruits, is developed and investigated by gas chromatography. This three-dimensional nanocomposite has been prepared via a facile and versatile. It was found that the application of three dimensional MNPs/rGO-CNTs nanocomposite by applying r-DSPE was prominsing, and can be used in the process of pretreatment of complex samples. Under the optimal extraction conditions, good linearity was achieved at the concentration levels from 0.02 to 0.25 mu g/mL for 22 OPs, the limit of detection was 0.0065 mu g/mL, and the relative recoveries of the OPs spiked into real vegetables samples (at 0.1 mu g/mL of each analyte) ranged from 84.3% to 106.3% with relative standard deviations of < 5%.
