▎ 摘 要
A dual-band terahertz metamaterial absorber based on a monolayer graphene sheet with a periodic triangle slot-patterned graphene structure has been designed, simulated, and analyzed. Two absorption frequency bands with high absorption efficiencies are achieved by employing the periodic triangle slot structure and three T-shaped slots in the graphene sheet, which also can be tuned by the variations of geometric parameters or Fermi energy levels. Moreover, the proposed dual-band terahertz metamaterial absorber possesses good characteristics of polarization insensitivity and angle robustness against incident waves. The presented work will have significant potential for the design of metamaterial absorbers at different working frequencies using graphene.
