▎ 摘  要

The effect of nanoscale graphene oxide (GO) on the formation of porous anodized aluminum oxide (AAO) film has been studied. Graphene oxide powder has been analyzed by FTIR, X-ray, UV-VIS spectroscopy (colloid solution). The porous structure and morphology of AAO film were shown to be described by thermo-gravimetry, low-temperature sorption-desorption of nitrogen, SEM. The introduction of graphene oxide component (0.25%) into the oxalic electrolyte (0.3 M) transforms the pore size of AAO. As a result, film of anodized oxide with a narrow through honeycomb pores was formatted. The specific surface area of anodized aluminum oxide with graphene oxide (AAO/GO) was increased three times and pore radius is reduced twice to 22 nm, while increasing the total volume of micro-pores. Mesoporous ultrathin membranes were obtained that can be used for solutions and gas separation. The prospects' approaches of synthesis for change porous structure of AAO are shown.
