▎ 摘 要
In this paper, BN-BiOI materials are prepared via an ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methyl-imidazolium iodine ([Bmim]I)-assisted solvothermal method. Through a series of characterizations (XRD, TEM, DRS, PC, and so on), the structures, morphologies, and optical properties of BN-BiOI samples are investigated. The photocatalytic activity of the graphene-analogue BN-BiOI materials is evaluated by the degradation of methyl orange (MO) under visible light irradiation (>400nm). The results show the 3wt.% BN-BiOI composites exhibit the highest performance. The improved photocatalytic activity is attributed to the superior light absorption and higher separation efficiency of the electron-hole pairs by the introduction of graphene-analogue BN.
