▎ 摘 要
A simple and green approach was employed for the synthesis of Nitrogen doped graphene supported Ag nanoparticles (Ag-NG). The electrochemical behavior of Ag-NG modified glassy carbon electrode (Ag-NG/GCE) was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV). An obvious advantage of this nonenzyme electrode was that the Ag-NG nanocomposites facilitated the electron transfer between the active center of silver nanoparticles and electrode. The as-prepared Ag-NG/GCE sensor exhibited high sensitivity and selectivity for glucose detection such as fast response time (<10 s) and lower detection limit (0.02 mM), which can be used as a promising electrochemical sensor to detect low concentrations of glucose.
