▎ 摘  要

Graphene-ruthenium oxide (G-RuO2) nanocomposite was prepared via a facile hydrothermal method. The sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS). SEM result reveals homogeneous distribution of RuO2 particles on the layers of graphene sheets. TEM images demonstrate that the average size of RuO2 particles is around 3 nm. The electrochemical properties of the sample were examined by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and galvanostatic charge-discharge (GC). The specific capacitance value of the sample is about 219.7 F.g(-1) at the current density of 1 A.g(-1) in 1 mol.L-1 H2SO4.
