▎ 摘 要
We report a simple eco-friendly method to obtain reduced graphene oxide by tuning the reduction of graphene oxide (GO). Reduced graphene oxide was synthesized from GO using polyethylene glycol -400 as a reducing agent through varying the time of a low power microwave treatment at 100 degrees C. The Cu2+ ions absorption capacity of reduced graphene oxide has been studied for different microwave treatment times. The formation of reduced graphene oxide was confirmed by utilizing Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, scanning and transmission electron microscopy. The reduced graphene oxide formed shows high specific area ranging from 644 to 1275 m(2)/g with increases in absorption capacity of Cu2+ ions and reduction in sheet resistance from 6.51 to 1.42 k Omega, depending upon microwave treatment time.
