▎ 摘  要

Ultra-soft x-ray emission spectroscopy is applied to investigate the electronic structure of graphene nanosheets synthesized by the reduction of oxidized graphene nanosheets. Both grapheme nanosheets and oxidized grapheme nanosheets fabricated from carbon nanofibres are deposited onto silicon substrates. As found, the interaction of electrons occupying the it-orbitals of carbon atoms in the nanosheets' folds with Si atoms leads to increased corrugation because of carbon atom constriction. Presence of oxygenated functional groups in oxidized graphene nanosheets and oxidation of the surface of the Si substrate by oxygen dissociated from the sample during electron bombardment are revealed.
