▎ 摘 要
LDPE/Gr nanocompounds were studied based on graphene (Gr)-distribution, morphology and crystal structure according to different methods such as, Raman spectroscopy (RS), XRD, SEM and TEM. Outcomes presented by SEM showed, that the Grs addition was homogeneously distributed in LDPE matrix and the crystallinity of the LDPE/Gr nanocompounds was improved. Inclusion of Grs to LDPE launches crystallization through lowering the energy of activation accompanied by growing crystallization. The crystallization rates obviously increase at 0.5 wt% and continued to increase with Gr loading up to 3 wt%. Gr as a nucleating agent, advances crystallization process, crystallite size and crystallinity percentage of LDPE/Grs throughout the nanocompounds with a further Gr addition to polymeric matrix. The inclusion of Gr develops the local lattice uniformity of nanocompounds.
