▎ 摘  要

7In view of the current situation of environmental pollution caused by oily wastewater in petroleum industry and oilfield exploitation, it is of great practical significance to develop new, efficient and easy to operate oil -water separation materials. Graphene has many advantages, such as large specific surface area. corrosion resistance, high porosity and so on. It has made a lot of achievements in many fields, and has potential application value in the field of oil -water separation. However. graphene based metal filter is rarely used in the field of oil -water separation. In this paper, the photocatalytic self-cleaning chitosan/ aminographene/TiO2 superhydrophobic mesh membrane was prepared by two-step electrochemical deposition method at normal temperature and pressure, and its oil -water separation performance and corrosion resistance were studied, which provided a new method for the construction of efficient selfcleaning oil -water separation membrane. The results showed that the superhydrophobic mesh has good continuous oil -water separation effect, The oil -water separation efficiencies of gasoline/water, n-Heptane/water and cyclohexanelwater mixtures can reach more than 97 c/o, The synergistic effect of aminographene and chitosan improves the corrosion resistance of the material, and the successful introduction of TiO2 with photocatalytic performance can improve the application range of the oil -water separation mesh.
