▎ 摘 要
The sintered samples of pure titanium (PT) and grapheme nanosheets (GNPs) reinforced pure titanium matrix composites (GT) were prepared by mechanical alloying and hot pressing sintering under same conditions. For each sintered sample, the greenhouse tension specimen was rolled by hot rolling mill. The interfacial structure of GT composites was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high resolution. The most interesting result of this paper is the discovery of sandwich interfacial structures like Ti-TiC-GNPs in the interfacial micro-zone of composites, which coordinate the strength and plasticity of composites. At the same time, graphene has a certain orientation relationship with titanium carbide and titanium matrix in the interface area of the composite material. At the same time, deformable twin crystals are found in the interface area. This proves that GNPs/Ti composites have broad application prospects as lightweight structural materials.
