▎ 摘  要

In this paper, TiO2/Nitrogen doped graphene/Ag covered silicon nanowires (TiO2/N-graphene/Ag/SiNWs) was prepared as a novel anode material for lithium-ion batteries. The N-graphene was fabricated by electrochemical exfoliation of graphite in inorganic electrolyte solution. The morphology and electrochemical properties of the TiO2/N-graphene/Ag/SiNWs are studied. The TiO2/N-graphene/Ag/SiNWs anode possesses porous structure with large specific surface area and good conductivity, which induced the high reversible capacity and good stability. The novel anode material may be a promising substitute of current commercial TiO2 anode in high-power, high-rate application of lithium ion batteries. (C) 2019 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
