▎ 摘 要
In this work, a ternary composite of TiO2/Polyaniline/Graphene oxide (TiO2/PANI/GO) has been synthesized via an in-situ oxidation polymerization. The chemical composition and morphology have been characterized by FT-IR, XRD, Raman spectroscopy, SEM and TEM. The characterization shows that TiO2 nanoparticles are coated completely by PANI and then be wrapped in the curled GO, leading to a novel bouquet-like structure finally. The microwave absorption properties are investigated by means of vector network analyzer. In property the maximum reflection loss of the composites can reach -51.74 dB at 9.67 GHz, and bandwidth exceeding 10 dB (>90% attenuation) is 3.91 GHz with the absorber thickness of 3.12 mm. The maximum bandwidth exceeding 10 dB is 4.76 GHz (from 15.28 to 10.52 GHz) when the absorber thickness is 2.5 mm. An analysis on physical mechanism indicates the impedance matching effect plays an important role in enhancing microwave absorption for TiO2/PANI/GO composites. (C) 2017 Elsevier B.V.
