▎ 摘 要
A composite of graphene/bismaleimide (BMI)/2,2'-diallylbisphenol A (BA) with high dielectric constant was prepared. Dielectric measurements, DMA analysis, and micro-analysis were conducted to assess the dielectric and thermal performances of the composite. Results show that for a composite of 4 wt% ionic liquid-treated graphene/BMI/BA, the dielectric constant reaches up to 1001.4, whereas the dielectric loss factor is only approximately 0.004. These characteristics are significantly better than those of other polymer-based composites with high dielectric constant. The addition of ionic liquid-treated graphene significantly improved the elastic modulus of BMI/BA blends. The glass transition temperatures (Tg) of untreated BMI/BA blends and ionic liquid-treated graphene/BMI/BA composites are 337 and 388 degrees C, respectively. The fractograph of the 4 wt% ionic liquid-treated graphene/BMI/BA composite exhibits a good combination of the ionic liquid-treated graphene and the matrix. (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
