▎ 摘 要
A high sensitive voltammetric platform for hyperin detection was developed based on hematite phase iron oxide (alpha-Fe2O3) doped graphene (GR). The synergistic effects between alpha-Fe(2)O(3)and GR drastically enhanced the electrocatalytic activity of the resulting materials. The morphology and structure of alpha-Fe2O3-GR composites were characterized using UV-vis absorption spectra, X-ray diffraction and Transmission Electron Microscopy. By combining the merits of the alpha-Fe(2)O(3)and GR, a new voltammetric sensor was erected to detect hyperin based on the alpha-Fe2O3-GR composites. The sensor had good voltammetric response to hyperin, and the linear in the range of 1.0-100 nM. The detection limit of hyperin was found to be 0.5 nM (S/N = 3). Additionally, the designed electrochemical sensor was performed with good selectivity, reproducibility and stability in three real species.
