▎ 摘 要
In this work, poly(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate) (PDMAEMA) brushes were grafted onto graphene oxide (GO) film by the self-initiated photografting and photopolymerization (SIPGP). The Ag nanosheet-assembled microspheres could spontaneously grow on the GO-g-PDMAEMA film in [Ag(NH3)2]OH solution. The shape and size could be facilely tuned by controlling reaction time and the concentration of [Ag(NH3)2]OH solution. The as-obtained GO-g-PDMAEMA/Ag film as a surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate exhibited excellent SERS performances and its limit of detection (LOD) for 4-ATP and thiram were up to 10-16 M and 10 ng/ mL, respectively.
