▎ 摘 要
Transparent electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding materials are highly in demand for liquid crystal display, communication devices and observation windows. In this study, two polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrates, one printed with a silver-grid and the other coated with silver nanowires and reduced graphene oxide (AgNWs/rGO), were prepared separately and hot-pressed together face-to-face to fabricate hybrid films composed of sliver-grid/(AgNWs/rGO). The rGO nanosheets act as bridges between silver nanowires and vice-versa which can facilitate fast transfer of electrons. The effects of grid-line spacing on the transparency and EMI shielding have been studied. It is found that the EMI shielding increases with decreasing the grid-lines spacing, however, resulting in decrease of the transparency. The silver-grid/(silver nanowires and reduced graphene oxide) sample with 1.0 mm grid-line spacing demonstrates highest EMI shielding of 42.94 dB along with a low sheet resistance of 1.60 52/sq and a high transparency of 74.40%.
