▎ 摘 要
We report a comparative study of the Raman and Coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) patterns of DNA molecules deposited on graphene or glass substrates. In the DNA CARS spectra, the positions of vibrational resonances are red-shifted by 10-20 cm(-1) and have new features in high-frequency region in comparison with spontaneous Raman data. We demonstrate that CARS imaging can be employed for the visualization and characterization of DNA molecules deposited on graphene.
