▎ 摘 要

In this paper, an investigation is reported on graphene platelet (GPL)?Cobalt (Co)-Nickel (Ni) coatings by electrochemical deposition. Graphene nanocomposites are a kind of high performance materials with excellent mechanical, magnetic, thermal, electrical, optical and biocompatibility properties. It has very important applications in electronic devices, batteries, compos-ite materials and photosensitive components. Electroplating graphene nanocomposites is a common process, but it is found that graphene deposited in the process of electrodeposition is less and easy to agglomerate. In order to solve this problem, this paper improves this situation by adding cobalt ions. By comparing the prepared composite materials with different cobalt co-ntents, it was found that the addition of cobalt ions promoted the deposition of graphene. Microstructures of the coatings are characterized using scanning electron microscope (SEM), electronic differential system (EDS), and x-ray diffraction (XRD). Magnetic properties were measured using a Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM). The results show that with the increase of cobalt ion content in the plating solution, the weight percentage of cobalt in the composite increases gradually, and the de-position of GPLs on the surface of the material increases. GPLs and cobalt ions are uniformly deposited in the nickel matrix, and the average grain size of the nickel matrix is significantly reduced, the saturation magnetization (Ms) of the composite is improved, and the coercive force (Hc) and remanence (Mr) are gradually decreased. This study provides a new way to impro-ve the magnetic properties of the coating, and provides a reference for promoting the deposition of graphene.
