▎ 摘  要

Graphene/SiC composites and SiC nanowires (SiC NWs) were successfully prepared by a facile carbothermal reduction method using silicon powder and graphene oxide in one step. The dielectric properties and microwave absorption performances of the resulting products at different reaction temperatures were investigated at the frequency between 2 and 18 GHz. High-quality SiC NWs acquired at 2:1 (molar ratio). SiC NWs obtained from 1400 degrees C possesses maximum dielectric values. When the reaction temperature was 1450 degrees C, SiC NWs exhibits the best microwave absorption abilities with a minimum reflection of -14 dB at 11.8 GHz with a layer thickness of 2.7 mm. The effective absorption bandwidth was 4.1 GHz which is larger than that from the other two conditions. For graphene/SiC composites, the sample derived from 1400 degrees C shows extremely high EM absorption performance. So, it is predicted that the target substance has a great potential serving as high effective EM wave absorbers. (C) 2020 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
