▎ 摘 要
One dimensional photonic crystals with responses in 5.5-7.5 THz frequency interval are introduced. Structure composed of monolayer graphene sheets separated by dielectric slabs is considered as the ideal perfect crystal. Inserting one and two defect layers of nonlinear electro-optical polymer in the crystal, alterations of its optical features is investigated systematically. The location of the defect layer inside the crystal is found to be very effective on the central frequency of the defect layer induced resonant modes. Results show that the number of these modes is also affected by the defect location. Tunability of the optical features of the proposed defective crystals by using external/structural parameters is investigated in detail at the next step. Finally discussions concerning the involved physical phenomena in the optical response of the structures are presented at last.
