▎ 摘  要

Conducting reduced graphene oxide (rGO) thin film using ferrocene and sulphuric acid is reported. The synthesized rGO have been characterized by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, UV-visible spectroscopy, photoluminescence, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA). Reduction of oxygen functionalities from GO is observed from the Raman spectroscopy result of rGO. The obtained I-D/I-G from Raman and C/O ratio from X-ray photoelectron spectra of rGO are similar to 1.33 and 3.67 respectively. From TGA result of rGO, no significant weight loss is observed when rGO is heated up to 800 degrees C. The rGO based transparent conducting film annealed at 400 degrees C exhibited outstanding optical transmittance (92.63%) and electrical resistance (1.63 k Omega/sq). The measured contact angle 82.9 degrees suggests about the hydrophobic nature of rGO. The obtained high optical transmittance of rGO with low sheet resistance may be suitable for application as transparent conducting electrode.
