▎ 摘  要

A facile interfacial chemical approach to reduce graphene fluoride (GF) with hydrazine hydrate for the fabrication of graphene is presented. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation and Raman spectroscopy reveal that sp(2) hybridized structure is reconstructed in the resulting reduced GF (H-rGF), enabling H-rGF to possess excellent electrical properties. Our study provides a quick and mild way to conveniently fabricate graphene. (C) 2013 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
