▎ 摘  要

Much research efforts have been undertaken with the aim to develop a transparent flexible energy storage device to utilize materials that are mechanically deformable, light in weight and worn on human body with ease using Graphene Oxide (GO) and Magnesium Oxide (MgO) materials. The structure of the device, the manufacturing procedure, and its performance characteristics were analyzed and the challenges encountered were clearly highlighted. The device that was developed reported a capacitance effect of 98 pF/mu m(2) for a frequency range of 3 KHz to 1 MHz with the dielectric size of 24 nm and a leakage current of 2.7 * 10(-7) A/cm(2) at 1 V. The flexible capacitor shows excellent performances in both concave and convex conditions.
