▎ 摘  要

The fluorescence signal of a DNA sensor based on strand exchange on graphene oxide was amplified using a DNA circuit that consisted of autonomous cyclic reactions catalyzed by the target. Selectivity for the target was retained after signal amplification. The fluorescence signal was enhanced ca. 50-100-fold at sub-nanomolar target concentrations under isothermal conditions at 35 degrees C.
