We present a route toward the ultra-sensitive and -selective sensing Pb2+ by stripping voltammetry beyond the selective adsorption of polypyrrole-reduced graphene oxide (PPy-RGO) nanocomposite toward Hg2+, Electrochemical experiments have shown that Pb2+ could be reliably measured at very low levels (Sensitivity: 0.642 mu A nM(-1); LOD: 4 pM) on the PPy-RGO nanocomposite modified electrode in the presence of Hg2+.
